SECTION 02 • BOOKINGS & SCHEDULING
Appointments & Atelier Visits
Appointments made via our official website enquiry form, WhatsApp, direct phone call, or in-person walk-ins are processed in real time and confirmed based on stylist and treatment room availability.
- Arrival Time: We respectfully request clients arrive approximately 10 minutes prior to scheduled appointments to allow adequate time for consultation and gowning.
- Delays & Grace Period: In the event of an unavoidable delay exceeding 15 minutes, please notify the salon immediately so we can adjust our schedule without compromising other clients' treatment quality.
- Rescheduling & Cancellations: Prior notice of at least 2 hours is warmly appreciated for rescheduling so that waitlisted clients may be accommodated.
SECTION 03 • PRICING TRANSPARENCY
Service Rates, Combos & Chemical Treatments
Turning Scissor is dedicated to complete price transparency. All rates featured on this website faithfully represent the salon’s official brochure rate cards, women’s and men’s grooming menus, and seasonal combo packages.
- Standard Services: Haircuts, beard sculpting, routine clean-ups, facials, waxing, and manicures are billed strictly in accordance with published brochure prices.
- Chemical Hair Treatments: For specialized services such as Keratin, Nanoplastia, Botox, Hair Spa, Streaks, Balayage, and Global Hair Colouring, final pricing may adjust based on hair length, density, and restorative product volume, which will be transparently discussed during pre-service consultation.
- Taxes & Payment Methods: We accept UPI, major credit/debit cards, and cash. All combo discount packages are non-transferable and must be availed in a single visit unless explicitly agreed otherwise.

Patch Testing, Allergies & Salon Conduct
Client safety and hygienic excellence are paramount at Turning Scissor. We employ hospital-grade sterilization for metallic instruments, single-use disposable capes, and curated dermatologically approved beauty brands.
- Allergies & Sensitivities: Clients with known chemical sensitivities, skin conditions, or product allergies must inform our specialists before service initiation.
- Patch Testing: For first-time chemical hair color or intensive peel applications, a 24-hour patch test may be recommended.
- Respectful Environment: We maintain a serene, family-friendly, and professional environment for all clients and stylists.
